In-house system support (IQ, RPM, WindowBooks), creating new user/groups/operator accounts.
Conduct Quarterly Entitlement Reviews
Updating production machines/Resources once a new update is available from Vendor
Running daily/weekly Quality assurance/Production reports and reporting them to Manager and Supervisor.
Assisting with Hardware/Software Upgrades for all supported systems
Network Address configuration and troubleshooting on mobile and hardline devices
Ability to cross train in various aspects of support with our internal systems
Workable knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Access etc.)
Familiarity with Windows OS (Windows 7 Enterprise, Windows 10/11).
Workable knowledge of windows servers.
Remote desktop connection.
Web Applications like HTML, JScript etc.
LAN/WAN/Wireless network configurations and troubleshooting.
Hardware/Software Troubleshooting and testing
Strong written and Oral skills. Must be able to communicate with senior leadership
Must be able to work in a culturally diverse environment
Hourly Range: $24.00 to $25.00 hourly USD. Bonus Eligible.
Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM to 10:00 PM with potential weekends

Broadridge is growing! We are currently recruiting a Production Support Analyst to join our dynamic Production Operations team in Edgewood.
Work Mode: This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.
The purpose of this role is to help implement, maintain, and support the Production Operations team. Monitoring day-to-day requests will need to be done in a timely manner to ensure Production Operations has the tools needed to complete the work and meet client SLA. Reporting directly to the Manager, the Production Support Analyst will report on the performance of the application they are supporting. This includes ensuring system functionality/usability of any new software/hardware technology that would impact production operations. Ontime/Realtime accountability will be required as applications within our Operations team are critical to meet client commitments.
