Execute and oversee import and export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Provide complete, accurate, and compliant documentation and shipment information to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to global customer and trade compliance procedures
Prepare shipments for pickup, and work with 3rd party warehouses, brokers, customs and regulators to ensure successful delivery of goods.
Maintain accurate inventory management at 3rd‑party storage locations.
Execute required quality system bookings for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Maintain a clean and safe logistical working environment
Support and conduct physical counts, cycle counts, and periodic inventory verification.
Perform other duties related to logistics and supply chain as assigned.
Requirements
BSc in Logistics and Supply Chain
5-10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain
Experience with managing pharmaceutical cold-chain logistics under GMP/GDP is considered a
plus.
Attention to detail and structured working style.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proactive work attitude with strong team-player mentality.
Experience with managing pharmaceutical cold-chain logistics is considered a plus.
Strong commitment to project deliverables and customer focused

The Logistics Specialist supports Development & Manufacturing (D&M), ADS Licensing by coordinating key supply chain and logistics activities. This role implements and maintains streamlined logistics workflows, acting as the logistic interface between development managers, customers, CDMOs, and Finance. Responsibilities include coordinating global import/export activities, managing receipt and shipment of customer materials and technology components, supporting inventory and invoice management and supporting partners in obtaining required customs clearance.

The full-time annual base pay for this position in The Netherlands is expected to range between 45.750,- EUR MIN and 64.050,- EUR MAX. Initial salary placement within this range will be determined based on role‑related factors such as experience, qualifications, and expected contribution.
