Experience analyzing organizational missions, functions, and structures to identify strategic gaps and recommend improvements. Ability to collect, evaluate, and integrate data from multiple sources to support decision-making and monitor program performance. Experience as a staff action officer; and reviewing organizational practices, writing staff action reports and conducting surveys to ensure compliance with established policies, regulations, and agreements. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work alongside subject matter experts, gather information from various stakeholders, and brief recommendations to leadership.
