We are looking for: 6+ years of experience in software engineering (backend or full-stack roles) Strong proficiency in Python (core requirement) Solid experience with React Hands-on experience building APIs and data pipelines Experience working with LLMs or AI-driven workflows Proven experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, or similar) Ability to build and ship production-ready code quickly in fast-paced environments Strong communication skills and ability to work in client-facing roles Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
