Responsibilities
Contract Renewal and SAM:
Act as the liaison between Contract Renewal and Software Asset Management (SAM) teams.
Maintain and track the renewal schedule across IT suppliers.
Ensure timely escalations and proactive communication regarding renewals.
Onboarding Project Management:
Coordinate supplier onboarding activities including gathering documentation, compliance and setup of onboarding tasks.
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth supplier onboarding processes
Track and report on onboarding progress to leadership by owning the status of items in the onboarding pipeline
Executive Business Review (EBR) Support:
Collect and summarize inputs for building the EBR agenda
Ensure accurate capture of supplier performance data, renewal status, project impacts, and supplier survey feedback.
Support the preparation of executive ready materials. (e.g. Scheduling, agenda, slide deck, notes)
Supplier Event and Scoring Oversight:
Capture supplier event data, including performance, compliance and value delivery
Oversee and review the Supplier scoring process to endure accuracy and fairness.
Identify opportunities for process improvement
Provide reporting that visually tells the story of the health of the supplier relationship
Backup Support for VMO Analysts:
Learn and understand VMO processes
Support reporting, forecasting, budgeting responsibilities
Provide continuity of operations within the VMO support team
Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in vendor management, project management, procurement operations.
Experience in a Vendor Management Office or working with procurement/legal/IT on licensing matters is highly desirable.
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong understanding of Supplier lifecycle management
Familiarity with contract language (order forms, SOWs, MSA, NDA etc) .
Working Knowledge of Supplier Governance
Strong project management, coordination, and documentation skills.
Tools & Systems:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) a plus.

Job Title: Analyst IT Vendor Management
Job Summary : The VMO Coordinator - India supports the Vendor Management Office by coordinating supplier management activities, ensuring seamless contract renewals, supplier engagement, and onboarding processes. This role provides oversight of supplier scoring, event capture, and executive review preparation, while serving as a critical backup for other VMO Analysts. The candidate must be willing to work on site 4 days a week in Hyderabad. Expect some weekly meetings to be in the US Central time zone.
