Job Description: AGENCY RECRUITMENT MANAGER Agency Recruitment Manager drives sustainable business growth by designing strategies to attract, select, and onboard high-quality insurance agents. They partner with agency leaders to build pipelines, optimize recruitment channels, and ensure new hires comply with regulatory and agency's direction. Core Responsibilities Recruit Agent Quality and Drive Recruitment Strategy: Design and execute strategies to attract top-tier talent, including career-changers, entrepreneurs, and professional networks. Pipeline Management: Identify untapped talent segments and build a consistent pipeline of high-quality agent candidates. Performance Tracking: Monitor recruitment KPIs (e.g., number of recruits, pass rates, onboarding completion times) and analyze data to bridge performance gaps. Campaign & Budget Management: Develop incentive programs and allocate recruitment budgets efficiently to maximize profitability. Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with Agency Director and management team with cross-functional teams to deploy training and development initiatives. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities, candidate selections, and licensing processes comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in agency development, talent acquisition, or life insurance sales management. Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of life insurance products, agency business models, and local financial service regulations.
