About the role
Our Solution Consulting team acts as a strategic partner to the sales organization, responsible for building a compelling vision of Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) solution. As the first Senior HCM Solution Consultant based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you will be a foundational member of the core team responsible for opening and scaling a new market for Workday in KSA and across the extended new region. You will help bring the value of Workday's HCM solutions to life and showcase how the world of work can be transformed for leading organizations in Saudi Arabia and the wider region. Working closely with our sales counterparts, you will help drive net-new opportunities as well as Customer Base expansion. You will also collaborate regularly with Product Management, Services/Implementation, Marketing, and Value Management on key account activity, giving you broad exposure to many areas of the business. As our customer base grows in META, our Solution Consultants also support proactive engagements to accelerate product adoption and optimization, improving overall customer health and enabling continued customer growth. Based in Riyadh, KSA. Ability to travel across KSA, the Gulf and META region up to ~50% as required. We are seeking a Senior HCM Solution Consultant to join our organization and to serve as our first dedicated HCM Solution Consultant in KSA. Workday Solution Consultants act as trusted advisors throughout the entire sales lifecycle. We navigate a highly complex environment that demands a blend of curiosity, flexibility, and drive. Our Solution Consultants don't just demo features and functions; they deliver value-based executive presentations and tailored product demonstrations that solve unique business challenges. You will work closely with Account Executives and peer Solution Consultants across EMEA, Middle East to support a combination of fast-moving, efficient opportunities as well as large, strategic pursuits that require deep investment. In partnership with our sales and customer success teams, you will ensure that leading organizations in your region are not only adopting our technology but also transforming their "world of work" to drive measurable business outcomes. You will play a critical role in shaping how Workday shows up in this new market: bringing market feedback into our global teams, helping to build repeatable playbooks for KSA and the region, and acting as a visible champion of Workday's HCM and AI capabilities in the local HR technology ecosystem.
