Job Description The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution and delivery of PXM implementation projects. This role drives project governance, milestone tracking, client communication, resource coordination and overall delivery management across the implementation lifecycle. The Project Manager ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with client expectations and Centric implementation methodology. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities: Project Planning & Delivery Management : Lead end-to-end project planning activities including scope definition, project scheduling, resource coordination, risk management and delivery governance. Maintain detailed implementation plans aligned with project milestones and customer expectations. Implementation Governance & Execution : Drive project execution across blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, deployment and hypercare phases. Ensure all project activities are tracked, managed and completed according to agreed timelines and delivery standards. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication with customer stakeholders, partners and internal delivery teams. Facilitate regular status meetings, steering committees and executive updates. Milestone & Activity Tracking : Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues to ensure proactive management of implementation progress. Maintain accurate project reporting and escalation management processes. Risk & Issue Management : Identify, manage and escalate project risks, blockers and scope changes in a timely manner. Coordinate resolution activities across consulting, technical and customer teams to minimize delivery impact. Resource & Team Coordination : Coordinate cross-functional consulting, technical and partner resources to ensure efficient project execution. Support workload prioritization and alignment of delivery activities across global teams. Knowledge & skills requirements Strong Project Management Expertise: Proven experience managing enterprise software implementation projects with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget and stakeholder management. Experience managing global delivery teams is preferred. Delivery Methodology Knowledge: Strong understanding of software implementation methodologies including Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches. Ability to manage structured implementation plans and governance processes. Stakeholder & Communication Skills: Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively at both operational and executive levels. Risk & Escalation Management: Ability to proactively identify risks, manage dependencies and drive resolution of complex delivery issues across multiple stakeholders. PXM / eCommerce Domain Knowledge: Understanding of PXM, PIM, DAM, syndication and eCommerce ecosystems (Shopify, Salesforce, Magento) is preferred. Familiarity with retail, consumer goods, fashion/lifestyle or manufacturing business processes is an advantage.
