Forklift Warehouse Admin (5 days/OT)

About the role

Inventory and Goods control Check in-coming and out-going packages tallied with documents Perform weekly inventory update in excel Monitor stock levels and trigger replenishment Have some knowledge of welding toolings Material Issuance to Production Issue materials and consumables to workers and record Coordinate with supervisors to ensure no production downtime due to material shortage Warehouse Organization &Storage Ensure proper binning, labeling, and storage system Keep warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized Optimize space utilization for efficiency Logistics & Delivery Coordination Prepare delivery documents (DO, packing list, etc.) Coordinate with drivers Required and Work Condition 5 days work week Able to use Microsoft excel Comfortable in working in settings with metal hot works going on Basic understanding of computer Comfortable in workshop/production plant Career growth opportunity Forklift license is good to have (Willing to train)
