SAP-WM Process Expert - WMS Interfaces_PT

Responsibilities

• Interface Monitoring & Support: Continuously monitor interfaces between SAP ERP (P13, P4T) and external WMS systems (e.g., BOWAS , dEWM).
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues to ensure data integrity and process continuity in close collaboration with warehouse operations
• Act as the primary point of contact for all interface-related matters.
• Process Optimization Perform root cause analysis, define and implement sustainable measures to improve interface performance.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance process quality.
• User Enablement & Documentation: Provide expert-level support for WMS interface-related inquiries and issues.
• Train key users and role experts on system functionalities and processes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all interface processes.
