Define and enforce enterprise‑wide network, cloud connectivity, wireless, and voice standards
Own reference architectures, design principles, and guardrails to ensure secure, resilient, and scalable connectivity
Act as the global authority for network architecture decisions and exceptions
Cloud, Wireless & Telephony Governance
Govern hybrid and cloud network connectivity, ensuring secure and reliable integration with on‑premises environments
Own enterprise wireless standards supporting mobility, operations, and production environments
Own telephony and voice network standards, including traffic prioritization, resiliency, and service continuity
Operational Control & Data Accuracy
Ensure accurate and audit‑ready system and service records for all network‑related assets and services
Maintain a global repository of connectivity services, circuits, and dependencies
Embed documentation and data accuracy into change, incident, and lifecycle processes
Incident, Problem & Continuous Improvement
Provide leadership for major incidents, ensuring rapid coordination and resolution
Drive root cause analysis and elimination of recurring issues
Use operational insights to continuously improve standards, designs, and service quality
Vendor & Service Provider Governance
Serve as the technical authority for network‑related vendors and managed service providers
Ensure services are delivered in alignment with enterprise standards and expectations
Partner with sourcing and vendor management teams to drive accountability and performance
Stakeholder Engagement
Communicate risks, standards, and priorities clearly to IT leadership and business stakeholders
Provide executive‑level visibility into network resilience, stability, and improvement initiatives
Requirements
10+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering, architecture, or management
Demonstrated experience defining and enforcing global technology standards
Strong knowledge of:
Enterprise and cloud networking
Wireless and voice network services
High availability, resiliency, and disaster recovery concepts
Network security and Zero Trust principles
Experience supporting manufacturing or mission‑critical environments preferred
