Operational Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of account operations, ensuring all services are executed in strict alignment with client contracts.
Financial Integrity: Coordinate order execution and ensure a flawless handover to invoicing systems. You are responsible for the accuracy of service execution and billing as per agreed terms.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Finance, Account Administration, and Order Management teams to resolve complex operational or client-related issues.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain proactive communication with clients via phone and email to ensure high satisfaction levels and identify potential new business opportunities within your portfolio.
Data Strategy & Hygiene: Ensure the integrity of client records and sales tools, maintaining high standards of data accuracy across CRM systems.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to eliminate manual tasks and enhance overall efficiency.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
5+ years of experience in operational support, inside sales, or account management (preferably in a B2B environment).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you enjoy connecting with clients.
Leadership experience and motivational skills.
Comfortable multitasking and working with several clients simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
A proactive, open-minded, and agile team player who takes initiative to improve processes.
