The Luxury Division team focus on super-premium and luxury led opportunities across the discerning on-trade& off-trade, demonstrating industry leadership in both volume driving and brand building activity. Discerning Trend Leading Influencer accounts are icons within the trade and build a halo for Diageo Luxury portfolio You would be responsible for implementation of strategies and supervising the execution of Commercial plans to consistently deliver Sales, distribution, execution quality within approved budgets & resources. You would lead and influence the partner's Customer Marketing team in planning, coordinating, supervising company and customer - initiated programs consistent with the Commercial strategies. What you will be doing? You will develop Diageo Reserve brand stories, plans, priorities and internal sales target working with the sales and marketing teams to activate these plans in a commercially viable manner whilst building brand equity, (All processes will be carried out in full compliance with competition law) You will develop a solid understanding of Diageo Reserve Channel customer base (universe, positioning, value chain, constraints, ambition) spending time in trade with account manager to develop efficient and adapted tools You will provide regular reporting and evaluation (monthly channel/marketing meetings) to ensure that no activity delivers against agreed internal KPI's, business objectives and expected ROI Making recommendations and including in category TP plans with detailed analysis of data from sources such as AC Nielsen and Vision Plus, which are two of the sources measuring our market situation Brand & Business Development: work closely with Marketing team for the alignment of brand strategies by channel / occasion, supervise Sales team's efficient and effective execution/implementation of trade programs, 365 Essentials, and promotions in the covered stores. Ensure that the team meets standards set in the Commercial annual plans in line with competition laws You will be in charge to the creation of customer facing presentations, assisting and contributing to sales tenders/ new business and activations pitching You will ensure on-trade events coordination support (inc. time in field) working in conjunction with the sales managers, event team and event manager, brand managers and external agencies You will bring design briefs to agency partners for development of asset/POSM creation, and you will ensure efficient POSM management (stock levels, storage and logistics) Your responsibilities will include developing dashboards to lead all aspects of A&P budget&NSA (discounts, investments, etc.) and leading all aspects of spend (in coordination with both sales and marketing).
