Shift Manager Maintenance

Requirements

• 2-year degree in technical field or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of recent experience at a mining/mineral processing facility or heavy industry, preferably in a unionized environment.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills such as team building and conflict resolution are required. Willingness to promote team concepts and company policies. Ability to motivate, delegate, establish, and work in a collaborative environment.
• Bachelor's Degree
• The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $105,000. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location and business or organizational needs.
