Scheduled Hours 40 Position Summary Supervises daily activities of clinical offices, support staff, and ancillary services associated with patient care. Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Supervises support staff involved in clinical activities in clinical office sites, maintaining adequate workflow, coverage and schedules. Arranges for availability of medical records needed for services. Resolves personnel problems, conducts meetings pertinent to staffing issues and documents appropriately. Interviews and hires applicants for positions, supervises training of new employees, conducts job evaluations, job performance counseling and makes salary recommendations.
