Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Coordination and Communication: Facilitate communication among stakeholders, lead meetings, and act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, prepare progress reports, and manage project records using tools like Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and project management software.
Resource and Risk Management: Coordinate resources, identify potential issues, propose solutions, and mitigate project risks.
Administrative Support: Arrange meetings, develop agendas, and support the PMO team in bridging strategic plans with project outputs.
Specialized Program Support: Manage specific program components such as education, PR, social media, or volunteer programs, including task assignment, tracking, and completion.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
NV1 Security Clearance is required for this role.
3-5 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Master's degree preferred.
