Job Description Summary: The Production, Mission, Operations & Enhancements group is seeking a multi-talented engineer to support and lead technical program industrialization for a variety of specimens ranging from electronic piece parts to full system solutions across Draper's product portfolio offering. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing design transfers of various ground-breaking solutions from the Development, Validation, to Manufacturing and through to the Post Launch phases. This role offers participation in cutting edge technologies and realizing these designs through productization. The candidate will be expected to work effectively both independently and with cross-functional, multi-site teams. This is primarily an on-site role, with some flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement. Job Description: Duties/Responsibilities - Manage and control priorities, scope, schedule, and cost to baselines by proactively monitoring program/task performance across larger activities. - Independently derive system-level I&T requirements based on mission requirements and defines plans, approaches, and detailed test procedures to solve complex I&T problems. - Helps customers understand and adequately mitigate and resolve I&T risks and issues. - Subject Matter Expert (SME) able to develop and implement I&T approaches through a program lifecycle. - Identify program/system-level I&T technical risks and develop and execute mitigation strategies. - Develop, document, and teach best practices to less experienced engineers. Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and time management skills to achieve program goals. - Performs other duties as assigned.
