Utilize knowledge of the company's organization, policies and personnel to make administrative decisions, exercising independent judgment and discretion
FINRA licensed and registered to respond to retirement plan participant inquiries and questions
Act as a liaison between managers and clients
Provide sales support to field representatives by data mining, making phone calls, and scheduling appointments
Provide support to dedicated field representatives, managers and vice presidents as assigned
Read and route incoming mail; including processing of enrollment forms and other related documents
Help participants complete forms and understand their plan options
May compile special periodic reports and compose non-routine correspondence
Work with limited supervision; make decisions within scope of position
Prepare routine and special reports and presentations
Typically involves some project work
Requirements
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
2 - 4 years previous support experience
FINRA Series 6 & 63 required within established timelines
Experience working with retirement plans preferred
Basic to intermediate level of Microsoft Office applications: including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook as well as the ability to learn other systems
Excellent customer service experience and the ability to manage multiple phone lines
Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
Strong listening skills

The Senior Field Administrator is an exciting career opportunity with a leading company in the retirement and defined contribution industry. As the Field Office Coordinator your focus is simple: support a regional team that is dedicated to helping government employees successfully replace the income they earned while working in retirement. As a licensed employee, you will support one or more deferred compensation clients, supporting field representatives and managers with administrative tasks and duties.
