Position Summary The Safety Representative / Manager is responsible for supporting and enforcing health and safety programs on assigned construction projects. This role ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while promoting a proactive safety culture across project teams. This full-time position will be based in Mesa, Arizona, supporting large-scale construction operations, with a strong preference for candidates with data center or mission-critical project experience. Description / Responsibilities - Support implementation and enforcement of site-specific safety programs - Conduct jobsite inspections, audits, and hazard assessments - Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings - Ensure OSHA and company safety compliance - Assist with incident investigations and reporting - Maintain OSHA logs and safety documentation - Provide onboarding and safety training - Track certifications and training records - Develop Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) - Ensure proper use of PPE - Collaborate with project teams and leadership - Promote a safety-first culture Qualifications / Requirements - Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience - Experience on large-scale or data center projects preferred - OSHA 30 certification required - CPR / First Aid certification required - CHST certification preferred - Strong communication and leadership skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Ability to work in fast-paced field environments Our Mission We build critical infrastructure that creates a better world.
