The Director, Practice Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for assigned service line(s) or departmental areas, ensuring effective, efficient, and compliant operations that support Capital Health's mission, vision, and values. This role oversees all administrative, operational, and financial functions within the assigned scope, including staff management, resource allocation, and performance improvement.
