Responsibilities

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field and/or equivalent military experience.
- 6+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or quality/process improvement roles.
- 6+ years using data analysis tools such as Excel, Minitab, SQL, or Python.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience in Transactional Print, Direct Mail, or Secure Card production environments.
- Working knowledge of Lean principles such as Value Stream Mapping, Just-In-Time, Demand Flow, Single Piece Flow, Five S's, Visual Management, Total Productive Maintenance, Kaizen, SPC, Six Sigma.
- Understanding of ERP or job management systems used in high-volume production environments.
- Exposure to material handling automation and production equipment.
- Familiarity with finite capacity scheduling tools and APS systems.
- Experience with simulation software (Arena, FlexSim, or equivalent).
- Lean and/or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification.
- How you'll work:
