About the role
As a Bunnings Complex Manager, you will be responsible for the ongoing daily operations, sales and high‑volume stock management within your store. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you will lead a team of 120+ team members, ensuring a highly efficient, organised operation and delivering an exceptional experience for our loyal customers and internal sales teams. While deep expertise in all departments is not essential, an interest in DIY or the building industry will set you up for success. This is a significant leadership opportunity within a large format warehouse, offering high‑impact operational accountability across a complex, high‑volume environment. Your role will help shape the future of Bunnings in the Mildura community by developing local strategies and business plans that support long‑term growth. You will play a key role in monitoring customer experience, driving commercial outcomes, and partnering with Commercial Sales, Distribution Centres, Fulfilment Centres and the Support Office to optimise stock, sales capability, safety and operational performance.
