Security Guard

About the role

Restore is seeking a part-time Security Guard. This is an unarmed position responsible for maintaining site security, protecting company assets, and ensuring a safe and compliant environment for patients and staff. The Security Guard plays a critical role in monitoring access controls, conducting surveillance, and supporting daily operations. This position reports directly to the Assistant Dispensary Store Manager (ADSM) and Store Manager. Candidates must be available to work a flexible, rotating schedule, including opening, mid-day, and closing shifts, based on business needs. Requirements

• Prior experience in security, loss prevention, or related protective services role
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Experience with CCTV systems or surveillance monitoring preferred
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills
• Ability to follow structured protocols and regulatory requirements
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including opening and closing
