- Proven experience with CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent
- Deep understanding of sales compensation, pipeline analytics, and territory design
- Highly analytical with a strong interest in digging into data to find patterns, trends, and opportunities
- Comfortable translating data into insights that influence decision-making across leadership
- Excellent communicator and collaborator who works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance
- Experience supporting fast-growing, early-stage SaaS or AI companies, with exposure to SQL or advanced data visualization tools
