As a Cardiology Clinic RN, you'll play a vital role in supporting patients throughout their cardiac care journey, including those with chronic heart failure.
Schedule & Location
Positions available at 0.8 FTE (64 hours per pay period)
8-hour day shifts between 7:30 AM- 5:00 PM
No weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements
Primary location: Main Clinic in La Crosse with potential hours at Onalaska Clinic
Perform a wide range of ambulatory cardiology nursing functions, including: Phone triage and patient education (including cardiac procedures)
Medication refills and optimization visits
Managing Epic In-Basket and MyChart patient messages
Coordinating cardiac procedures
Support and manage patients in the Congestive Heart Failure Clinic, including: Caring for a panel of heart failure patients
Conducting nurse-led visits focused on medication optimization and assessment
Building long-term, impactful relationships with patients
Collaborate with Community Paramedics, Bellin Health, and inpatient teams to coordinate comprehensive care

Minimum of 1 year of RN experience ( Cardiology and/or ambulatory experience preferred, General Medical experience)
