Summary of the Role The Senior Marketing Specialist in the MCS Business Unit, reporting to the MCS BU Manager, is responsible for developing and executing marketing programs for existing and new products, supporting market expansion, and contributing to growth strategy. Key duties include managing sales toolkits, implementing training and sponsorship programs, conducting market research for new retail markets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating promotional campaigns, analyzing market trends, contributing to e-commerce development, and managing product sales forecasts and budgets. Key Functions / Responsibilities Build and manage standard sales tool kits: catalog, presentations; showpad project Build and implement whole year training programs; sponsorship programs and marketing programs for HCS; LCS products Develop and implement marketing strategies for new product launches. Support the entry into new retail markets by conducting market research and identifying opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development. Creation of promotional materials and campaigns. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities. Contribute to the development of the e-commerce platform for MCS products. Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives. Identifies unmet customer requirements and new business opportunities and provides vision and focus to move products from idea to marketplace. Works individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion. Develop go to market strategies and tactical execution plans for a portfolio of products and/or services. Project sales forecasts, developing product budgets and reporting on actual product sales, including inventory management. Facilitates and coordinates marketing activities with geographic areas to increase teamwork and build partnerships. Coordinate market research and product design activities in conjunction with other business functions. Coordinate the use of effective pricing and discount policies Functional / Technical Skills Core skill requirement: Business Analytics, Business Presentation, Market Analysis, Market Segmentation, Product Advisory, Product Management, Digital marketing tool efficiency Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in product marketing or a similar role. Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is preferred, OTC product experience is preferred Strong analytical and digital marketing skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
