  • Core Expertise (Must-Haves)
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in System Implementation, Software Business Analysis, Product Development, or Business Process Definition-specifically within the Pension and/or Group Benefits industry
  • 5+ years working in an HR service delivery environment, with deep understanding of how pension administration functions within organizations
  • Advanced expertise in Defined Benefit Pension administration delivery-you understand the products, services, regulatory nuances, and best practices that define this space
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Human Resource Management, Commerce, or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions
