Our portfolio includes specialized mammalian host cell lines and expression systems, designed to produce viral vector therapeutics of choice. Through our gene editing expertise, we deliver custom cell line engineering services that precisely tailor bioproduction cell lines to meet our clients' specific manufacturing requirements for viral vector therapeutics. Job Summary As a Senior Scientist in our R&D team, you will serve as our lentiviral vectors subject matter expert, spearheading the development of Revvity's lentiviral vector offering including supporting further development of our transduction enhancer LentiBOOST. You will develop cutting-edge vector systems specifically engineered to improve lentiviral vector tropism and transduction efficiency. This role requires close collaboration with the Revvity Gene Delivery group to ensure seamless integration of vector technologies and optimize delivery strategies across therapeutic applications. This lab-based role requires hands-on expertise and deep knowledge of lentiviral vector biology, production and purification, with previous experience in engineering lentiviral vectors for delivery of large and complex cargo, as well as transduction assays and potency assay development and validation.
