Assist in lease administration, including document preparation, review, and compliance tracking
Coordinate communication with landlords, tenants, brokers, and legal teams
Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking for the real estate portfolio
Prepare reports and dashboards on portfolio performance and key metrics
Assist with lease negotiations and dispositions as needed
Manage invoices, rent payments, and related financial documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Support special projects and portfolio optimization initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in real estate, property management, lease administration, or a related role
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
Experience with real estate or lease management software is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
Basic understanding of lease terms and real estate financial concepts
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends
Experience supporting multi-site or corporate real estate portfolios
Working Conditions:
Primarily office-based with occasional site visits as needed
Standard business hours, with flexibility based on project demands
