What you can expect:
Lead the design of data frameworks and delivery of advanced people analytics solutions aligned with business strategy
Frame complex workforce questions to focus analytics on decisions that matter translating sophisticated analyses into clear, actionable executive insights
Perform advanced analyses across human resource and business data sources, independently extracting and integrating data from multiple sources, applying statistical and scenario analysis as appropriate
Establish best practices for people analytics, data quality, standardized reporting, and visualization; act as a thought leader within PGIM and the wider Prudential business to elevate analytics capability
Leverage existing technology, develop new solutions, and embed AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and scalability
Requirements
10+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred
Deep experience in workforce analytics
Strong technical knowledge of leading data analytics tools, with the ability to develop bespoke capabilities using Python or similar programming languages
Demonstrated ability to deliver executive-level insights that influence decision-making
Excellent relationship-building, influencing and collaboration skills
High attention to detail, balanced with strategic vision and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
