In order to qualify for the GS-14, you must meet the following: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one year (52 weeks) of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal government, obtained in either the private or public sector, to include: Managing the development and execution of acquisition strategies and methodologies for mission-critical activities for major healthcare and insurance programs; Providing technical leadership and guidance for acquisition matters; Formulating and recommending policies, procedures, and strategies for policy and program implementation; AND Administering a portfolio of contracts, grants, and agency agreements to ensure compliance with applicable statutes, laws, and regulations. Selective Placement Factor (SPF): This position requires a SPF be met in order to meet minimum requirements for the position. If you do not meet the SPF you are ineligible for further consideration: You must possess and maintain FAC-C Level III COR Certification. (You must submit certification.)
