Job Description Summary:
The Coca-Cola Company is building a next-generation, AI-powered marketing analytics ecosystem . We are hiring a senior manager to apply machine learning, GenAI, and advanced statistical modeling to large-scale consumer and shopper data.

Key Focus Areas
Develop and apply ML Models, advanced analytics, and GenAI to marketing and commercial use cases.
Work with large, complex datasets including consumer tracking, household panels , and syndicated retail data.
Partner with data platform teams to enable scalable, real-time analytics solutions.
Translate analytical outputs into clear business recommendations for global stakeholders.
Ideal background:
Strong experience in marketing, consumer, or shopper analytics , ideally withing CPG or a related industry.
Hands-on expertise in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and data analysis
Experience working with consumer tracking, household panel, and syndicated retail data (e.g. Nielsen, household panels).
Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Power BI; experience with Azure ML or similar platforms is a plus.
Experience applying analytics to real business decisions (Marketing, growth, pricing or optimization).
