This Compliance Analyst role is responsible for supporting the enhancement of Compliance's policy and governance programs. This role's primary responsibility is to provide oversight and reporting relating to policy and governance workstreams. Principal Responsibilities The key responsibilities of the role include: Create relevant reporting by analyzing input from multiple sources, spot inconsistencies, and ensure completeness and accuracy in reports. Create and manage the team's Policy and Governance SharePoint sites. Execute controls by understanding end‑to‑end processes to support effective control and governance activities. Assists senior management in developing and administering Compliance programs. Ability to recognize what "good" vs. "weak" practices look like, escalate issues appropriately, and document observations clearly, even when acting under supervision. Operates with the support of experienced staff and senior management. Candidate will develop into serving as a subject matter expert for policy and governance matters. Skills/Experience Required Skills/Experience At least 1-3 years experience in risk management, compliance, or audit Understanding of regulatory, compliance and risk related matters. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Governance, Risk & Compliance solutions such as Service Now. History of producing accurate, timely reporting with minimal rework.
