Associate Director, Procurement Operations Center

About the role

The Senior Manager/ Associate Director, Procurement Operations Center will lead the Procurement Operations Center team, ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality execution across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle. This role carries overall responsibility for team performance, daily operational delivery, and continuous improvement of procurement operations. While the position contributes to the further development of processes and ways of working, the primary focus is on leading and developing the team, ensuring strong execution, and maintaining a stable, scalable, and compliant operational setup. The role requires close collaboration with Strategic Procurement, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure effective support of operational procurement activities and alignment across functions.
