As a Lead Architect, you will serve as the technical domain expert for solution architectures across Capital Group's corporate capabilities-including Finance, HR, Legal & Compliance, Global Risk Management, Workplace Experience, Global Communications, and IT. You'll partner with business and IT leaders to define the target state architecture and technology strategy, drive innovation and transformation, and enable solutions aligned with Capital Group's long-term strategic vision. Key Responsibilities Include: Strategic Architecture Leadership You will shape target state architecture and technology strategy for Capital Group Corporate Technology portfolio You will m aintain a deep understanding of the application portfolios, including their technical and functional health, and ensure alignment with business strategies and priorities. You will d efine current ("as-is") state and future ("to-be") state architectures. You will d evelop roadmaps to target states, including necessary interim state architectures to support the transition. You will s tay current with technology and industry trends, incorporating relevant innovations into strategic planning. You will b uild and maintain strong relationships with business and IT partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment on strategic technology direction and architectural vision. Solution Delivery You will b e the solution architect for high-impact programs and projects within the portfolios. You will d evelop solution architecture blueprints, POVs, and guide architectural decisions. You will c onduct architecture reviews and provide hands-on guidance and support to development teams. You will e nsure solution design and implementation conform to enterprise standards and strategic objectives . Standards and Architecture Governance You will c ontribute and leverage enterprise technology standards, promote and follow the architecture governance processes. You will d efine and manage: Reference architecture Technology Standards Reusable reference implementation models, templates, libraires. You are f amiliar with shared enterprise platforms and their associated architecture, including cloud and data platforms, enterprise data lake, and AI platforms "I am the person Capital Group is looking for." You have d emonstrated success in leading digital transformation initiatives, including legacy modernization and large-scale vendor solution implementations.
