3rd or 4th year university student in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
Strong planning, priority-setting, and analytical skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Proactive attitude with high learning agility and openness to coaching and feedback
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Resilience and adaptability in the face of change
Proficiency in MS Office programs and AI tools
