We are looking for a driven, commercially minded Recruiter with strong bulk recruitment experience within the financial services industry to join our Talent Acquisition Hub in a contractual position.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys building high-quality talent pipelines while partnering closely with business leaders.
What you will be responsible for:
Managing end-to-end recruitment for high-volume adviser and sales roles
Building and maintaining proactive talent pipelines
Sourcing quality candidates through multiple recruitment channels
Partnering with leadership teams to understand recruitment needs
Screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
Managing recruitment administration, compliance, and reporting
Delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Driving recruitment turnaround times and quality-of-hire outcomes
Minimum requirements:
Proven recruitment experience within the financial services industry
Strong experience in bulk/high-volume recruitment
Proven sourcing capability and pipeline management experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong administrative and coordination capability
Experience recruiting sales/adviser roles will be advantageous
