Define clear product goals and success metrics (revenue, engagement, trust signals, and latency) and drive end-to-end execution from discovery to launch.
Build and iterate user-centered ad formats, exploring AI-driven approaches for targeting and creative optimization to unlock performance gains.
Lead experimentation at scale (A/B testing, holdouts, incrementality), making high-stakes decisions based on data.
Identify opportunities to improve day-to-day productivity by integrating AI-assisted workflows into your research, PRD writing, and competitive analysis.
Partner closely with Ads Platform, Engineering, Design, and Legal to ship compliant solutions, balancing revenue goals with long-term user trust.
Improve targeting and relevance using first-party signals, maintaining a focus on privacy-forward alternatives to traditional behavioral targeting.
Triage and resolve critical ad issues, ensuring a high-quality, non-intrusive experience for our global user base.
Communicate crisp updates to executives and cross-functional partners, translating complex marketplace dynamics into clear business impact.
What You Bring
6+ years of product management experience, including shipping multiple products from concept to launch.
3+ years working on ads monetization and/or ad tech products (formats, targeting, measurement, marketplace dynamics).
Strong analytical ability with comfort using SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau) to self-serve analysis and validate experiment results.
Openness to leveraging modern tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude, or internal AI frameworks) to accelerate research, documentation, and data synthesis.
Hands-on experience working with products that use ML or model-driven systems, with a focus on defining requirements and evaluating performance.
Ability to work independently in complex situations, leading functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements.
Clear, direct communication style and a track record of driving alignment across large, matrixed organizations.
