We have an exciting opportunity for a Consumer Audience Specialist . This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines . The Consumer Audience Specialist role is a hands-on key contributor to driving consumer acquisition, retention, and engagement across Chevron's marketing channels. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with operational agility to deliver high-performing campaigns. Responsibilities include data interpretation, stewardship, and continuous improvement to optimize marketing effectiveness. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: Audience Strategy & Segmentation Develops audience segments over time using behavioral insights, predictive analytics and/or AI-driven analysis Defines audience logic and recommends targeting criteria for personalized marketing journeys Data Stewardship & Enablement Verifies and validates data availability for Journey Delivery and campaign execution Provision audience data to campaign specialists across B2C and B2B channels Maintain and evolve RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) modeling frameworks Act as a data steward and end-user advocate for data quality and usability Cross-Functional Collaboration Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. (i.e. Marketing Technology, Data Science, Programs) Strong partnership with the Customer Experience Data Analyst Performance & Optimization Monitor audience performance metrics and campaign effectiveness. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field 2+ years of experience in marketing operations or audience management Experience with designing and delivering Azure API and associated data platform solutions Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau CRM) Experience working in a global operations organization Strong communication and project management skills
