Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or home services
Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and common upgrades (panels, circuits, EV chargers, etc.)
Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
Ability to assess customer needs and confidently recommend solutions
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
