Job Description (FRENCH WILL FOLLOW) Your Key Responsibilities : Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensure achievement of sales and market share objectives in all pharmacy in the territory through relationship building, analytical sales strategy development and by ensuring execution of all agreements, programs, strategies, and tactics. Development of strategies and tactics to drive the business of territory retailers by analysis of customer needs and expectation. Develop business plans and ensure proper and timely execution. Develop close business relationships with customer to ensure competitive advantage. Developing, implementing and managing account specific development programs, achieving account and territory sales target and plan. Maintain approved tracking system for the territory (budget, strategy...). Planning coverage according to plan, segmentation and objectives. What you'll bring to the role : Essential Requirements: Bachelor's degree in science, business administration, pharmaceuticals, or an equivalent field. Minimum of 5 years experience in sales in pharma, CPG or other relavent fields. Due to the nature of our operations and the territory of this position, oral and written fluency in English is required for regular communication with customers, partners, and/or colleagues, whether in Canada or internationally Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience working consistently with a CRM. Demonstrated interest and comfort with new technologies. Familiarity with virtual engagement platforms such as MS Teams. Based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Able to cover Saskatchewan and Manitoba. (Expectation is min. 4 trips per year to Saskatchewan). Have your own vehicle and a valid driver's license. Ability to analyze, produce, execute and track a territory business plan. Proven ability to rapidly build relationships and networks based on trust and second to none customer focus. High level of proficiency in negotiation skills as well as how to manage objections and adversity. Excellent communication skills. Driven self starter and ability to work independently. Positive attitude with a solution-oriented mindset. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team. Desirable Requirements / Assets: Pharmacy experience. Negotiation training.
