Who You'll Work With The role reports to the EVP of Product, Pricing and Investments. The Vice President of Deal Management will be responsible for managing the end-to-end deal process, including RFP, RFI and fee benchmarking for our Retirement Services business. This individual will provide strategic guidance on complex deals, including new business and retention bids, and pricing to meet our goals while responsibly managing margins. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong team leadership, exceptional communication skills and an astute grasp of retirement plan economics. Our platform includes 403(b), 457, HRA and NQDC plans. This leader will manage and develop a high-performing team within Retirement Services and partner closely with Product Management, Distribution, Relationship Management, Pricing, Risk and other key stakeholders.
