Job Summary :
The Red Hat Ecosystem team is seeking a Partner Sales Account Manager to accelerate AI business growth across strategic ecosystem partners in Japan.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally with OEMs, system integrators, NVIDIA, and internal Red Hat teams to drive AI-related business opportunities from early-stage engagement through production deployment.
You will help establish scalable go-to-market models, support joint solution development, and drive execution across multiple partner routes including OEM, SI, and enterprise ecosystem engagements.
This role is not limited to managing a single partner account. Instead, the position is expected to act as a cross-functional AI business driver across strategic ecosystem partners in Japan.
The role will work closely with existing Partner Account Managers, Account Executives, Partner Pre-Sales, APAC AI teams, and global ecosystem stakeholders.
Primary Job Responsibilities :
AI Business Development & Pipeline Acceleration
Drive AI-related business opportunities across ecosystem partners
Support progression of opportunities from PoC to Production
Identify and develop scalable AI business opportunities with partners
Ecosystem Coordination & GTM Execution
Coordinate joint go-to-market activities across OEMs, SIs, NVIDIA, and internal Red Hat teams
Support development of repeatable AI sales motions and partner engagement models
Contribute to AI solution positioning and business expansion strategies
Strategic Partner Engagement
Collaborate with strategic partners such as Dell, HPE, Hitachi, NEC, Fujitsu, NTT Data, CTC, SCSK, and others
Support executive-level alignment and business discussions where appropriate
Help expand AI-related collaboration models across the ecosystem
OEM / AI Factory Business Support
Support OEM and AI Factory-related business initiatives
Assist with partner packaging models, solution alignment, and infrastructure positioning
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to improve execution readiness
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Partner PAMs, Account Executives, Partner Pre-Sales, and APAC AI teams
Support coordination across multiple routes and stakeholders
Share market insights, opportunity status, and best practices across teams
Partner Enablement & Business Scaling
Support ecosystem readiness for AI-related solutions and infrastructure offerings
Assist in establishing scalable and repeatable business patterns
Contribute to expanding successful use cases across multiple partners and industries
Required Skills & Experience :
Experience in enterprise IT sales, partner sales, or ecosystem business development
Experience working with OEMs, system integrators, or strategic technology partners
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work cross-functionally across sales, technical, and partner organizations
Native-level Japanese and workable English for business communication
