Junior Health & Safety Advisor Reporting To: Health & Safety Manager Location: Greater Frankfurt Area, Germany Working Pattern: Rotation-based role on major construction projects across Germany and Europe. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Junior Health & Safety Advisor to join our team and support the safe delivery of major construction projects in Germany. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Health & Safety professional looking to develop their career within a fast-paced international construction environment. Key Responsibilities Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety procedures on site. Assist with site inspections, audits and safety observations. Help ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements and local regulations. Support the preparation and review of risk assessments, method statements and safety documentation. Monitor site activities and report any unsafe acts or conditions. Assist with accident, incident and near-miss investigations. Deliver site inductions and support toolbox talks where required. Maintain accurate Health & Safety records and reports. Work closely with site management teams, subcontractors and operatives to promote a positive safety culture. NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent Health & Safety qualification is mandatory. Degree, diploma or qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Construction Management or a related discipline would be advantageous. 1+ years' experience in a construction, Health & Safety or site-based role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organisational and administrative abilities. Ability to work confidently with site teams and subcontractors. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop. Knowledge of construction Health & Safety legislation and industry best practice. Fluent English is essential. Full, clean driving licence. Willingness to work on a rotation basis and travel as required across Germany and Europe. Applicants must have the unrestricted right to work in Germany and the European Union.
