Ready to build the future? Join BLP Digital today. As a Senior Partner Sales Executive, you will build and scale our ERP and AI automation partner ecosystem across the DACH region. The primary focus is building revenue-generating partnerships with ERP vendors, Resell and Implementation partners. Together with our partners, you will identify AI automation opportunities within ERP environments and convert them into qualified pipeline and measurable revenue. You will work closely with the Head of Partnerships alongside our Sales, Marketing and project teams to establish a scalable ecosystem motion. Open communication, honest processes, and no surprises Candour : Bold, honest conversations that inspire new ideas and solve problems What You'll Own Ecosystem & Partner Acquisition Identify, prioritize, and acquire strategic ERP and implementation partners across the DACH market Build trusted relationships with decision-makers within ERP ecosystems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, ABAS, Proalpha, and other relevant ERP platforms Develop a structured partner acquisition approach aligned with ICPs and go-to-market priorities Build a strong network within the ERP , automation, and digital transformation ecosystem for mid-market and Enterprise customers Revenue & Co-Selling Build and develop a partner-driven pipeline Initiate and manage joint sales cycles with partners Develop repeatable co-selling motions with ERP partners and consulting firms Own partner-related revenue targets and forecasting Support partners in positioning, customer conversations, and opportunity development Identify concrete AI agent and automation use cases within ERP environments Partner Enablement & Scale Build pragmatic partner processes and establish scalable partner structures Co-Develop partner playbooks, enablement materials, and engagement models Collaborate closely with Product and Customer teams to improve partner-related workflows Systematically track and develop partner activity, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact Market & Strategic Feedback Provide continuous market feedback on ERP trends, AI adoption, and competitive dynamics Identify strategic integration and ecosystem opportunities Represent the company at relevant industry events, partner meetings, and ecosystem initiatives We're Excited About You Because Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Partner Sales, Channel Sales, or Ecosystem Sales within B2B SaaS or ERP environments Proven track record of building partner-generated pipeline and driving revenue through partnerships Strong understanding of the DACH ERP landscape Experience in co-selling with Resell partners, implementation partners, or consulting firms Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities High degree of ownership, autonomy, and hands-on execution Experience working in early-stage or high-growth environments is a strong advantage Fluent in English and German Strong Plus Existing network within SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, ABAS, or Proalpha ecosystems Experience with AI, automation, workflow, or process optimization solutions Familiarity with the Swiss market and Swiss German You'll get A product that wins.
