About the role
The Creative Studio develops high-quality creative content for ING's internal and external audiences. From digital ads and social designs to motion graphics, video content, and presentation materials, the studio plays a key role in shaping the brand experience. As an intern, you will work with the creative team on translating briefs into clear, engaging, and on-brand visual content across different, mostly digital channels. Roles and Responsibilities Design & Content Creation Collaborate with the team on creating visuals for social media, online campaigns, presentations, and internal communications. Work on image editing, retouching, layout design, and visual storytelling. Support the development of simple motion graphics or video edits. Prepare visual assets for various platforms and formats. Creative Development & Brand Support Help brainstorm and develop creative concepts based on creative briefs. Participate in ideation sessions and contribute fresh ideas. Work closely with copywriters, videographers, producers, and designers to deliver on-brand content. What You Will Learn How to design within a large global brand environment. Objectives By the end of your internship, you will: Understand how a Creative Studio collaborates within a Brand, Marketing & Communications department. Preferred background: Enrolled at a Dutch HBO or university in the area of Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Creative Business, Media, or similar. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects. Bonus: familiarity with Figma. Strong eye for layout, colour, imagery, and visual storytelling. Eager to learn.
