Lead the development and execution of insight-driven HCP and Patient promotional efforts for patient support, REMS, and market access
Partner closely with promotional agency and market research vendors, while ensuring delivery of on-strategy and on-time projects. Manage agency budget to ensure cost-effective delivery
Collaborate closely with customer facing colleagues, Treatment Experience, and Global Value Access & Distribution (GVAD) to quickly identify and address business-critical opportunities to support patient access to therapy
Coordinate closely with Omni-channel marketing lead to optimize customer engagement ecosystem
Develop and track metrics to measure and ensure success of marketing/promotional programs
Partner with market research and analytics to develop customer insights to inform decision-making
Liaise closely with Legal, Regulatory and Compliance to execute brand tactics efficiently and compliantly
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required. MBA preferred.
10-12 years of pharmaceutical marketing or relevant experience required.
Previous experience in Rare Disease or Cardiology preferred
Strong functional knowledge of payer coverage, patient support programs and/or ETASU REMS programs a plus
High-level strategic thinking, with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable marketing strategy
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, demonstrated ability to be a proactive thinker and to embody a solution-oriented mindset
Proven self-starter, able to work independently, able to handle full workload across multiple projects
Collaborates seamlessly across functions to build effective working relationships and align on strategy and execution.
In depth familiarity of pharmaceutical manufacturer compliance requirements, (HIPAA regulations) and federal regulations.
Hybrid role; 3 days in office required. This position requires approximately 25% travel.

Pay Range:
In the U.S., the hiring pay range for fully qualified candidates is $225,000 - $262,500 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

Collaboration with key functions such as HCP marketing, patient marketing, Treatment Experience, Trade, Sales, Analytics, and Training will be critical to your success in this position. This role will report to the Senior Director, HCP & Patient Experience Marketing.
