The Reinforcement Materials segment is looking for a dynamic, analytical, and influential leader to serve as our Global Optimization and Product Management Director . In this high‑visibility role, you will own product management and supply optimization efforts that directly shape P&L performance, network efficiency, and long‑term strategic positioning. You will lead a global team, partner closely with manufacturing, feedstock, supply chain, finance, and commercial leaders worldwide, and drive initiatives that ensure we maximize the value of our global asset network. In this role, you will influence global strategy, optimize a complex international network, and lead high‑impact initiatives across a mission‑critical business segment. You'll collaborate with senior leaders, shape critical decisions, and accelerate both your impact and career. How You Will Make an Impact: Global Product Management & P&L Optimization Own and optimize the global P&L through leadership of the Product Management function. Drive tight collaboration with Regional Business Directors to achieve monthly variable margin targets and reduce supply and operating costs. Lead global price optimization, incorporating regional perspectives and tracking progress against financial goals. Supply-Demand Optimization & Strategic Network Planning Provide global leadership in supply-demand management, portfolio strategy, and feedstock‑aligned network design. Ensure optimal balancing of the global production network to maximize enterprise value and enhance cross‑regional alignment. Partner closely with Manufacturing and Feedstock teams to ensure the lowest cost to serve. S&OP Execution & Long‑Range Strategic Planning Lead the global S&OP process, driving improved earnings, NWC performance, and structural competitiveness. Direct the development of the long‑range plan (LRP) and annual budget, balancing near‑term profitability, asset capabilities, and long‑term priorities. Global Optimization & Capital Prioritization Drive worldwide optimization initiatives, ensuring the portfolio is prioritized effectively and cross‑functional trade‑offs are resolved. Own the business cases for optimization‑focused Capex projects and establish project prioritization across the portfolio. Leadership of a High‑Performing Global Team Lead, coach, and develop the Global Product Management team, fostering analytical rigor, accountability, and strong cross‑functional collaboration. Ensure strong facilitation of S&OP, product portfolio management, asset optimization, and raw‑material decision making.
