Your Role in Synergy's Success The Regulatory Assistant will be responsible for managing the flow of internal and external information requests, organizing electronic and paper files, assisting the regulatory team with projects and audits, and handling all kosher requests. How You Will Contribute Manage incoming requests for the US Regulatory inbox. This includes distributing the appropriate requests to proper members of the regulatory team as well as following up with requests to those outside the department who may have been asked for information. Manage all Kosher related activities including; handling submissions to the Kosher authorizing agencies for raw materials and finished products and maintaining databases. Provide internal and external customers with static documents such as audit certificates or existing product documents Assist regulatory team with preparing and conducting audits Assist regulatory team with projects Assist in the continuous improvement of the regulatory programs Participate in the company's organoleptic evaluation program Any additional duties deemed necessary by the department manager 6 Month Assignment Salary: $21/hr Our Commitment to our People We are a diverse and growing workforce of over 1,000 people across eight countries globally.
