About the role

In this role, you will work across EQT's engineering platform and lead the design and delivery of key platform initiatives. You will collaborate with teams across the organization to drive adoption, improve reliability, and enhance the developer experience. Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Experience with infrastructure as code, preferably Terraform. Familiarity with GitOps and CI/CD workflows. Tech Stack / Environment: GCP, GKE, ArgoCD, Gatekeeper, Cilium, Terraform, CircleCI, GitHub, Cloudflare, Datadog, incident.io, Snowflake, DBT, Hex, Go, Python, Next.js

Requirements

  • Experience with platform security.
  • Knowledge of authentication and identity systems.
  • Strong networking knowledge across cloud and Kubernetes environments.
  • Interest in the Agentic AI ecosystem
  • Experience improving platform and production environment resilience.
